HealthSmart offers both Single Family and Managed Plans.
Single Family Plan
The Single Family Plan is available to any corporation with only one employee, or a self-employed individual whose business has no other employees and either: derives more than 50% of their income from that business, or has less than $10,000 of annual income from other sources.
Under this plan, the employee, their spouse, and any other member of their household related by blood or adoption is covered for almost all medical expenses. The total coverage for the family will be $1,500 for each adult member of the family and $750 for each minor (under 18 years old at the beginning of the year) member of the family.
The managed plan is for businesses with more than one employee. It can be customized in a variety of ways to suit the needs of your organization. Please contact us to develop a customized plan.
